Ngcede Music is a record label that was established in 2021 and a division of Ncunculuza No Afiki (pty) Ltd. The company was founded by a community caring youngster Sinqobile Zulu whose vision is to promote and professionally manage upcoming artists in order to uplift and boost their success

Our vision as Ngcede Music label is to discover new talent and make a meaningful contribution to the music industry through sustainable music projects and various other collaborations.
Our mission is to change lives and be a community builder through events and initiatives that bring people and communities together.

This department is the broadest department in the company.our artists’ success depends on management through the below sub-departments:
2.1. A&R
This sub-department is responsible for discovering new and creative talents from local unprivileged artists based in music.
2.2. Artist management
Responsible for handling the procedure of artists’ recruitment.
Responsible for planning, organising, leadind and controlling the signed artist and their work.
2.3. Distribution
This sub-department is responsible for availing the artist’s work to rightful consumers.
2.4. Marketing management
Responsible for organising artist’s branding and promotional tools
Responsible for drawing markrting strategic plans.
To evaluate quality and effectiveness of the marketing strategic plans.
2.5. Bookings management
Responsible for all artist bookings.
Our business operation strategy is also designed to create job opportunities for other individuals. The company does this by outsourcing some of it’s work to other companies when necessary.
